Contact us
If you contact us, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and in the event of follow-up questions. The data will be stored for as long as it is required to process your request or to fulfil the contract or as long as we need it for our purposes based on legitimate interests.
We will not pass on this data without your consent. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Processing of your personal data
If our website offers the option of entering personal data (e.g. name, address or email address), this is done on an expressly voluntary basis. We only use your data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions (such as GDPR, DSG, TKG) and this data protection notice in order to be able to offer you the products and services you require. We only process your data in any other way with your consent or based on a predominantly legitimate interest on our part.
Your IP address is recorded but immediately anonymized. This means that only a rough localization is possible.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small files that can be saved on the visitor's device when you visit our website. We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Most of the cookies on this website are so-called session cookies. They are automatically deleted when you leave our website. Persistent cookies, on the other hand, remain saved on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
When you visit our website, only those cookies will be set that are absolutely necessary for the functionality of the website. Otherwise, we will only process your personal data by setting cookies after you have given your express consent. You can prevent cookies from being set at any time by making the appropriate settings in your browser. Furthermore, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time via your browser. This is possible in all common browsers.
However, we would like to point out that if you have deactivated the setting of cookies in your Internet browser or have deleted cookies that have already been set, not all functions of our website may be fully available.
Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on your device and enable an analysis of your use of the website (including your IP address and the URLs of the websites visited). The information generated in this way is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there. This website uses the IP anonymisation option offered by Google Analytics. This means that your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. We have concluded a contract for order data processing with Google. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Art. 6 Bas 1 Letter f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the possibility of creating easy-to-use website access statistics and, as a result, improving our offer and our website. As described above, you can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. You can also prevent Google from collecting your data in connection with Google Analytics by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: opt-out
For more information about Google’s terms of use and Google’s privacy policy, please visit google terms or googleprivacy
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents the future collection of your data when you visit this website: Activate Google Analytics See also google
We would like to point out that Google Analytics has been extended on this website with the code “anonymizeIp” to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).
The relationship with Google Analytics is based on the “US Privacy Shield.”
Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.
Google – AdWords – Conversion Tracking
This website also uses Google Conversion Tracking. Google Adwords places a cookie on your computer if you reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of Adwords customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the setting of a cookie required for this purpose, for example by using a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser so that cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com” are blocked. Google’s privacy policy on conversion tracking can be found here.
Web analysis service Matomo
As part of the hosting, we process personal user data for the purpose of web analysis (searching for and analyzing errors on our website, evaluating the use of our website, deriving measures for the future development of our website). The legal basis for the data processing is the absolute technical necessity to provide and deliver the “website” service you expressly requested by accessing it in accordance with Section 96 Paragraph 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG).
The data will not be passed on to third parties and will be anonymized in the first processing step. Personal data will therefore not be stored beyond the first processing step.
You can object to the processing of your personal user data by activating the Do-Not-Track option in your web browser. Our web analysis software respects this setting and does not process any personal data when the Do-Not-Track setting is activated.
Alternatively, you can object to the processing of personal data by removing the tick from the following checkbox:
